Pinebluff is owned and operated by the Winnesheik County 4-H Foundation in cooperation with Iowa State University Extension.  It is a camp for youth, an outdoor laboratory for schools, a retreat site for families and other groups, and a valuable forest and wildlife habitat.  It is available by arrangement for any youth or adult group to use.
Pinebluff offers beautiful trails to hike, at your leisure, for relaxation or to learn more about the outdoors.  The Upper Iowa River flows through Pinebulff, offering challenging canoeing, tubing, and good fishing.

Camp facilities presently include an open air lodge with attached enclosed kitchen facilities and a large open fireplace.  There are four cabins housing approximately 10 beds each and a bathroom facility with warm showers.

A playing field provides ample space for volleyball, softball, and other outdoor games.  Some sport equipment, innertubes and life jackets also  are available for use.  A small campfire area provides the place for a perfect end to a day of fun and learning.
